The Letting Store has taken the best bits from its sister company and made them an integral part of its business practice. This includes reliability, honesty and cost efficiency resulting we hope in a long-term relationship.
Mark & Jon Deane have run The Mortgage Store since 2002 offering independent mortgage advice to their Clients whether buying for personal use or ‘Buy to let’. It was this understanding of the ‘Buy to let’ sector as Mortgage Advisers and themselves Landlords, that led them to think about providing their Clients with an enhanced service. This is when The Letting Store was formed in association with their business associate Suzanne Penn.
From working in Central London as P.A. to the I.T. director of a major Bank Suzanne has always prided herself on customer service. She took these skills into the residential sales industry when she took up the role as P.A. to the area director of a major Property Sales company. Suzanne has always loved property so this was an ideal way for her to combine work with pleasure. She was soon approached by an established sales and lettings company that could see the qualities Suzanne could bring to the highly competitive lettings market. During her lettings career of over 10 years she has come to understand the type of service expected by Landlords and believes a personalised, tailor-made service is crucial when maintaining a long-term business relationship.
The Letting Store can provide an individual and competitive package for Landlords with a single property to those trading as professional Landlords with large portfolios.

Jon has been in the financial services industry for the past 15 years.
Originally a Financial Planner with a large UK Bank, Jon then set up his own Mortgage Brokerage.
In October 2002 this business evolved into The Mortgage Store - with his brother Mark.
 Mark Deane
Director
Mark has worked within the Mortgage/Financial sector for the past 18 years.
His roles have included Financial Planning for one of the UK’s major banks and latterly a management role within a specialist Insurance Company.
He set up The Mortgage Store with his brother Jon in 2002. Their objective being, to offer impartial mortgage advice complimented by a real focus on customer service.
